[00:27:35] <Cthuutloops> how come there isnt a archlinux32 wiki? there seems to be a bunch of cases where other wikis are used but the info in them isnt quite right.
[00:33:33] <Cthuutloops> got the issue fixed with resetting the keyring via the guide on parabola

[10:38:52] <bill-auger> Cthuutloops: archarm does not have its own documentation either - the arch wiki is excellent; and nearly everything on it applies to arch32 and archarm - and parabola, artix, and other arch derivatives
[14:31:52] * KillerWasp still dont know if mean "arch" or "charm".

[19:03:02] <balrog> looking at the pcmciautils package (for regular arch linux since I have one of those computers with an x86_64 CPU and a pcmcia/cardbus slot); seems there's code upstream but not in a release that handles the sysfsutils deprecation
[19:03:12] <balrog> there's also a few debian patches that may be useful for inclusion
[21:14:47] <KitsuWhooa> you can send us patches to the package, provided you tested them and it built/works

[22:57:55] <Cthuutloops> with the new isos is it required to do the key refresh listed on the downloads page before pacstrap?
[22:58:23] <KitsuWhooa> it shouldn't be
[22:58:28] <KitsuWhooa> if it is, something is broken with the isos
[23:07:17] <Cthuutloops> when i tried to pacstrap it says no public keyring found have i run pacman-key --init
[23:07:32] <Cthuutloops> then serval errors keyring is not writable
[23:08:52] <Cthuutloops> this is the 20240623-i686 iso
[23:24:03] <Cthuutloops> i guess you gotta pacman-key --init before you pacstrap
[23:24:21] <Cthuutloops> nvm it didnt help
[23:26:40] <KitsuWhooa> I assume you're following the arch installation guide
[23:27:03] <Cthuutloops> i am
[23:31:42] <Cthuutloops> yeah looks like im stuck in unknown trust again
[23:32:45] <KitsuWhooa> I'll give it a try once the iso is done downloading
[23:36:50] -!- drathir_tor has quit [Ping timeout: 260 seconds]
[23:48:11] <Cthuutloops> so I had to populate then init then refresh to get pacstrap to work
[23:57:31] <KitsuWhooa> etc-pacman.d-gnupg.mount failed
[23:57:43] <KitsuWhooa> so that might be related
[23:58:05] <KitsuWhooa> "fsconfig system call failed: tmpfs: Unknown parameter `noswap`"
