[13:56:27] <thePiGrepper> abaumann: ohh. I see. then the firefox is already building nicely. that's good to hear then. even with the more memory-friendly linking method, firefox is still needing around 6-8GB to build though. are there other packages with those(or higher) memory requirements?

[16:35:57] <thePiGrepper> hi, I have one question. is there an easy way to set any currently installed package with --asexplicit if there arent any packages depending on it, and --asdeps otherwise? Im asking this because some time ago my system broke for some reason, and in the middle of the night sleepy me solved the issue but during that 'reinstalled' everything from a backup list explicitly, so now _all_ the packages
[16:36:03] <thePiGrepper> are explicitly installed and that breaks things like 'pacman -Qdt' for me. I could always make a script with pactree, but is there a quicker way?

[18:05:03] <abaumann> thePiGrepper: along with firefox there is firefox developer edition, thunderbird. There is also the soap service of virtualbox with similar issues. There are some testing in other packages (looking at pypy) using humongous amounts of resources, but those can be switched off.
[18:06:16] <abaumann> don't really know, how to fix those explicit dependency issues of yours. Maybe installing all packages helps?

[22:28:15] <thePiGrepper> someone here uses neomutt? I think the package is currently broken. it say it requires libidn, but apparently it actually requires libidn11. probably an upstream issue though
