[07:16:38] -!- abaumann has joined #archlinux32
[07:16:39] <buildmaster> Hi abaumann!
[07:16:39] <buildmaster> !rq abaumann
[07:16:39] <phrik> buildmaster: <abaumann> Though I find it slightly funny: everything goes to 64-bit and 32-bit gets dropped, and then a 32-bit version of the OS is the main OS for the new 64-bit machines..
[07:17:34] <abaumann> deep42thought: /usr/local/bin/update_acme_certs tries to update the certificate only one and a half week before the certificate expires. The idea is to make good use of the validity time of the certfificate. I'm using acme-client, which works a little bit differently than certbot.
[07:24:08] -!- deep42thought has joined #archlinux32
[07:24:09] <buildmaster> Hi deep42thought!
[07:24:09] <buildmaster> !rq deep42thought
[07:24:09] <phrik> buildmaster: <deep42thought> sed - fixing irc misspells since 1974
[07:24:12] <deep42thought> Hi abaumann!
[07:24:14] <deep42thought> ok, I see
[07:24:19] <abaumann> hi deep42thought
[07:24:30] <deep42thought> then I'll try to adjust the ahead-warning time on my cert checker
[07:24:54] <abaumann> ok
[07:25:10] <abaumann> ==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://download.kde.org
[07:25:22] <abaumann> I really hate that, the software is never stable in the released place..
[07:25:43] <deep42thought> maybe we should prepend archive.org to all download urls?
[07:26:31] <abaumann> well, in this case it's a patch 5.18.5 to a release 5.18 of plasma-workspace. They might have a reason for frequent patching, so the package should be adapted upstream.
[07:27:02] <deep42thought> sounds like a new version
[07:27:11] <abaumann> I wonder if Archlinux has a kind URL release watcher?
[07:27:24] <deep42thought> I think, there is something like this
[07:27:35] <deep42thought> not sure, if the maintainers use it, though
[07:29:10] <abaumann> the problem is: every time we end in a dependency in kde-cli-tools and plasma-workspace, when I try to solve it manually, the packages have run away..
[07:29:40] <deep42thought> I could add the sources to the checksum sourcebuffer
[07:29:52] <deep42thought> then you can download them by checksum
[07:30:27] <abaumann> would be an idea.
[07:30:43] <deep42thought> only those two packages?
[07:30:54] <abaumann> presumably all of kde.org
[07:30:59] <deep42thought> errr
[07:31:02] <deep42thought> that's not, how it works
[07:31:28] <abaumann> well. then I'll do manual patching, might be simpler.
[07:31:32] <deep42thought> ok
[07:31:43] <abaumann> anyway: we should find out why the build order is not correct in the first place, maybe.
[07:31:59] <deep42thought> not "maybe", but "definitely"
[07:32:05] <abaumann> :-)
[07:32:37] <deep42thought> but I'm afraid, it's a "you" (=deep42thought) instead of "we", too ;-)
[07:33:20] <abaumann> ah :-)
[07:33:40] <abaumann> document and move to build-support/disabled
[07:33:42] <deep42thought> can you narrow down a list of packages which make trouble?
[07:34:26] <deep42thought> maybe, then I'm more motivated to wade through tons of logs :-)
[07:34:37] <abaumann> I'll make a list..
